Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fee

Refund Process

Package Marked as Delivered

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Package Not Received

If you claim that your order did not arrive: We cannot issue a refund without official confirmation from both our shipping carrier and your local delivery service that the package was lost or undeliverable. If you are concerned about delivery reliability, please choose a tracked shipping or signature confirmation method at checkout.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
We do not collect import taxes or customs duties. These fees are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• You may be contacted by local customs or postal officials to pay these fees before your package is released.
