1. Home Decor & Prints - Made in the US
All products are manufactured and shipped directly from the US within 3-7 business days via DHL, UPS eCommerce, or USPS. Flat-rate for US orders.
Home & Living for US only, cannot be shipped internationally at this time due to the manufacturer's locations, direct shipping limitations, and delivery time constraints.
However, you can still explore our Digital Downloads section, download artwork and conveniently print them at your local printing service.
2. Jewelry Shipping
- a. Ready to Ship Jewelry: Most jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our facilities in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Shanghai. We handle everything in-house to maintain quality, with no drop-shipping involved.
- b. Handmade Jewelry: Handmade, made-to-order jewelry ships within 7-14 business days from our studio and facilities in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Shanghai.
3. Jewelry Shipping Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Please read this policy carefully to understand your choices and responsibilities.
🛳️ Economy Shipping: $7.95 (Free on orders over $49)
- U.S. Shipments: Estimated delivery within 12–18 business days from the ship date. Tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the U.S., as final delivery is handled by local courier partners. (Import duties and taxes included.)
- International Shipments: Estimated delivery within 12–18 business days from the ship date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal processing. Tracking availability also depends on the destination country’s postal scanning practices. (Import duties taxes not included.)
What to Know:
- Budget-friendly option for non-urgent orders.
- Does not include signature confirmation or photographic proof of delivery.
Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully completed. - If you are concerned about delivery reliability, we recommend choosing a tracked or signature confirmation shipping method at checkout.

🔒 A Note on Delivery Security
If you are concerned about delivery reliability, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked or signature-required shipping method.
For Economy Shipping, our carrier (SF Express) is unable to include delivery notes or special instructions on international shipping labels. If you need specific delivery arrangements (such as delivery to a locker, reception desk, or workplace address), we recommend selecting EMS or DHL, which support these options.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for loss, theft, or misdelivery after the carrier’s confirmed delivery scan.
4. Sales Tax, Customs Duties & VAT Taxes
For USA orders: Sales tax is included on purchases made through our online store. For orders placed via the Shop App store, sales tax will be collected by Shopify.
International orders: May or may not incur import taxes or customs fees, depending on your country. Many small orders pass without extra charges—check your local customs for details.
- Customs duties, VAT/IOSS, and sales tax are determined by the destination country. You may be contacted by postal officials to pay these fees. Once paid, your package will be released to the local postal service for delivery.
- Customs Duties: A tax imposed on imports, varying by product and country.
Import VAT: A tax on the total value of the goods, including the cost of the product, shipping, and any customs duties. - Please note that unclaimed packages may be disposed of by customs officials in your country, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
Sales tax in Shop App: Starting on January 1, 2025, the Shop channel will automatically collect, remit, and file taxes for all orders shipping to or within the United States. The Shop channel collects taxes on orders in all states (including the District of Columbia) that administer statewide sales tax, as well as Alaska local sales tax. For more information on how these taxes are calculated, refer to the US taxes reference page.
5. Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer
For all orders, we fulfill our shipping obligation once a package is sent to the confirmed address and the carrier provides delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. This includes but is not limited to:
- Misdelivery, theft, or loss after delivery
- Local carrier handling errors
- Restrictions or limitations of international or economy shipping services
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the buyer should contact the carrier directly to investigate or file a claim.
