If you are concerned about delivery reliability, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked or signature-required shipping method.

For Economy Shipping, our carrier (SF Express) is unable to include delivery notes or special instructions on international shipping labels. If you need specific delivery arrangements (such as delivery to a locker, reception desk, or workplace address), we recommend selecting EMS or DHL, which support these options.

Once a package is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for loss, theft, or misdelivery after the carrierโ€™s confirmed delivery scan.

Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer

For all orders, we fulfill our shipping obligation once a package is sent to the confirmed address and the carrier provides delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier. This includes but is not limited to:
