1. Ready to Ship Jewelry

Most jewelry processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from our facilities in Hong Kong/Taiwan/Shanghai. We prioritize quality control and handle everything ourselves, without utilizing drop-shipping by vendors.

2. Handmade/Custom-made Jewelry

Handmade jewelry made-to-order is ready to ship within 7-10 business days from our studio and facilities in Hong Kong/Taiwan/US.

3. Shipping Rates

Economy International: $6.95 flat rate, free on orders over $39.

  • Shipments to the US typically delivered in 12 to 15 business days  from ship date.
  • International shipments normally delivered in 12 to 18 business days from ship date.
  • Actual delivery time is subject to customs sorting and postal processing in the destination country.

    Discounted rate $30.00, free on orders over $299, delivered in 7-12 business days from ship date.

    DHL Saver

    Discounted rate $47.00, delivered in 3-5 business days from ship date.

    4. Customs Duty Fees / Import Taxes

    When ordering online and shipping from overseas, you may be subject to the following taxes and fees in your country:

    • We do not collect customs duties, VAT/IOSS, or sales tax. These depend on the regulations of the destination country, and you may be contacted by postal officials to pay these fees. Once paid, the package will be released to the local post office for delivery.
    • Customs Duty: A tax imposed on imports based on product category and country-specific regulations.
    • Import VAT: A tax on the total value of the goods, including the cost, shipping, and customs duties.
    • Sales Tax: Applicable in some countries or regions at the point of sale to the end consumer.
    • Please note that if you do not claim your package, it may be destroyed by the customs office in your country.

      5. Sales Tax in Shop (App)

      Starting on January 1, 2025, the Shop channel will automatically collect, remit, and file taxes for all orders shipping to or within the United States. The Shop channel collects taxes on orders in all states (including the District of Columbia) that administer statewide sales tax, as well as Alaska local sales tax.
