  • Shipments to the US typically delivered in 12 to 15 business days  from ship date.
  • International shipments normally delivered in 12 to 18 business days from ship date.
  • Actual delivery time is subject to customs sorting and postal processing in the destination country.

    Customs Duty Fees / Import Tax

    When ordering online and shipping from overseas, you may be subject to the following taxes and fees:
    • We do not collect customs duties, VAT, or sales tax. These depend on the regulations of the destination country, and you may be contacted by postal officials to pay these fees. Once paid, the package will be released to the local post office for delivery.
