Thank you for shopping with XYELEMENT. We want you to love your purchase, so please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in a resaleable condition, with all original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Handmade, made-to-order, or custom orders

  • 925 Sterling Silver jewelry
  • Digital downloads (printable files)
  • Home & Living products (print-on-demand)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Incorrect size selection or fit issues caused by buyer error

Important Notes

  • Please check your size carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or fit issues.
  • If you are concerned about delivery security, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout. Economy shipping does not include tracking.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 12% restocking & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We carefully inspect all items and pack them securely before shipping, so damage during delivery is very rare.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact your local delivery carrier immediately to file a claim.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund (minus the 12% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Package Not Received
If you claim that your order did not arrive:

  • We cannot issue refunds without official confirmation from the shipping carrier and your local postal office that the package was lost or undeliverable.
  • If you are concerned about delivery reliability, please choose a tracked shipping method at checkout.

Import Duties & Customs Fees
We do not collect import taxes or customs duties. These fees are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • You may be contacted by local customs or postal officials to pay these fees before your package is released.
  • If you do not pay these fees or claim your package, customs may destroy it. These situations are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company and bank (processing times vary).
